Earle Murphy (1927 – 2014)

Our sport has lost a long time competitor, great supporter and a dear friend. Earle Murphy died on August 15 at age 87. Earle jumped for at least 50 years and supported the sport in many ways. In 1990, he co-founded the International Masters Championships. We will post more details as we get them.

Richard “Tink” Austin (1923 – 2013)

We learned at the Harris Hill jumps that Brattleboro ski jumper and long time Brattleboro Outing Club supporter Tink Austin had died on Jan 31, 2013. Tink’s son David Austin was also a Brattleboro jumper. Read more from his obituary here: Richard Austin
